About Strategic Campaign Group

The Strategic Campaign Group is one of Washington DC’s newest political consulting firms, founded by Kelley Rogers and David Throckmorton in 2008.

Mr. Rogers has worked in Republican politics across the country for over two decades and has been in the political consulting business for himself for over 10 years.  After serving as the National Political Director for NFIB, (the National Federation of Independent Business) the nation’s largest small business association, Mr. Rogers founded his first Republican Consulting Firm, Political Solutions Inc.

Following 8 years of business with Political Solutions, Mr. Rogers decided to make his next venture another consulting firm, The Strategic Campaign Group.

Some previous clients have included the Republican National Committee, NFIB, the National Association of Homebuilders, numerous congressional candidates throughout the country, members of Congress and Senators including U.S. Senator Susan Collins, Republican legislative caucuses, statewide candidates, like Texas Lt. Governor David Dewhurst, and many local candidates from statehouse to county offices as well as non-profit clients including chapters of the American Red Cross.
