Kelley Rogers
President
Mr. Rogers has worked in Republican politics across the country for over two decades and has been in the political consulting business for himself for over 10 years. After serving as the National Political Director for NFIB, (the National Federation of Independent Business) the nation’s largest small business association, Mr. Rogers founded his first Republican Consulting Firm, Political Solutions Inc. with a former member of his staff at NFIB.
Political Solutions served numerous campaigns and organizations through the next 8 years. Clients have included the Republican National Committee, NFIB, the National Association of Homebuilders, numerous congressional candidates throughout the country, members of Congress, United States Senators, Republican legislative caucuses, statewide candidates, and Senator Fred Thompson’s presidential campaign and many local candidates. Rogers work and Political Solutions were recognized on numerous occasions by the American Association of Campaign Consultants.
2008 led to the dissolution of Political Solutions and to the creation of the firm Strategic Campaign Group. The new practice allowed Rogers to expand the business to a more national scope through strategic partnerships with political industry leaders in the fields of telephone voter contact, internet solicitation/communication,telephone fundraising while expanding his strategic consulting and direct mail practices. In 2010, Strategic Campaign Group introduced Campaign Town Hall, a product that utilizes tele-town technology for campaign activities. Strategic Campaign Group is now one of the largest retailers of this technology for political campaigns. Strategic Campaign Group has served clients on all levels in more than 40 states since 2008 and employees 6 staff members.
Rogers is a frequent guest lecturer on campaign strategy, planning, fundraising and direct mail for various training seminars across the country and lives in Alexandria, VA.
Clark Menge
Vice-President
Clark Menge joined the SCG team in early 2010 from a marketing and sales background. He is a 2008 graduate of The University of the South, Sewanee with a degree in political science. Clark was initially responsible for the business affairs of the company before switching roles and focusing more on marketing and business development. Clark is also responsible for the development of Strategic Campaign Group's Campaign Town Hall program. Clark has been instrumental in developing specific uses of Tele Town Hall technology in the areas of voter contact, grassroots organization and fundraising for political campaigns. Campaign Town Hall has become an important component of many campaign's winning strategy under Clark's leadership. He grew up in Winchester, VA and has recently moved to Austin, TX after spending two years in Washington, DC.
Chip O’Neil
Vice- President
Chip joined Strategic Campaign Group in June 2011 where he assists with the campaign planning, vendor management and client services. He also handles the financial affairs of the company including budgeting, accounts receivable and payable, and the maintenance of its fiscal records. Prior to joining SCG, he interned on Capitol Hill in the United States House of Representatives and has also worked on local campaigns where he aided with fundraising, canvassing, and get out the vote efforts. Chip is a 2009 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, where he played lacrosse and received his degree in political science. He is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
